Our signature, strength and conditioning class for those looking to improve every area of their fitness. A constantly varied and functional training program combining elements of weightlifting, gymnastics, strongman and powerlifting in a high intensity setting. Amp Fit utilizes barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells as well bodyweight exercises so you rarely repeat a workout ... but when you do, you enjoy measurable improvements in your performance.


Amp Fit Teens

Setting the foundation for a lifetime of safe and effective strength training. This class is centered on proper form, weight room etiquette, injury prevention and recovery. Building a solid foundation of strength and conditioning for ages 13-17. Our signature, strength and conditioning class for those looking to improve every area of their fitness. A constantly varied and functional training program combining elements of weightlifting, gymnastics, strongman and powerlifting in a high intensity setting.

A moderate pace strength and conditioning class promoting proper form, corrective exercise and injury prevention. Focused on building a safe and solid foundation in weightlifting and gymnastics in preparation for our more advanced classes. This class is perfect for the novice, the 55+ population and those recovering from injury or illness. All fitness levels are welcome.
